Not sure JvD played any competitive football at all for us at LB...got rinsed in a couple of friendlies and we played him ahead of Wardy on the left of midfield (or on the right as we did vs Newcastle). Good player, that was a real shame that it didn't work out.

I suppose you could have Big George at LB if we're allowing Hahnemann/Muscat through.
