Always amused me,that there's a street named Douglas bader walk in castle Bromwich

I had the privelige of meeting Douglas Bader in the mid to late 70s.

Ironically he was taken ill whilst playing golf (I think it was when BBC used to transmit a pro-am series) and sadly passed a couple of days later.
