I think Podence being unfit suits everyone's narrative including mine. The alternative is he's a coward
Mate 50% of your recent posts have been slagging Podence off, I know he's a shadow of his former self but I cannot for the life of me think of a current player who isn't, yet you particularly dislike him with a passion ?I think I’d actually rather see anyone other than Podence at the moment.
He’s been pretty awful for as long as I can remember.
To call him a coward is equally as silly I thinkI think Podence being unfit suits everyone's narrative including mine. The alternative is he's a coward
Not the way he's played the last couple of weeks. He turns 60 40's in his favour into 40 60's, by slowing up and letting the defender win the ball. As I say, I think he's carrying something. If not, he absolutely is a cowardTo call him a coward is equally as silly I think
Well then he's injured and shouldn't be playingHe will have spent his whole career having lumps kicked out of him. He’s absolutely not a coward.
I completely agree. Whatever the reason, he’s in the team because we don’t have any other wide options (other than playing a kid or someone out of position). If he’s carrying something (he isn’t) he shouldn’t be playing. Particularly when against Burnley he was 0/10 and whatever you think of MGW or Vitinha they would offer more than that.
Our of form or mentally not right are much more feasible explanations. And both of those mean he shouldn’t be playing as well.
Therefore he is a cowardIf he’s carrying something (he isn’t)
He’s basically playing a free role floating around. Surely this is MGW ideal position?I completely agree. Whatever the reason, he’s in the team because we don’t have any other wide options (other than playing a kid or someone out of position).
Should just play the team we finished with, or along those lines anyway.
He kinda is and he isn’t.He’s basically playing a free role floating around. Surely this is MGW ideal position?
Do you honestly think Nuno would tolerate that if it were the case? Therefore he is a coward
No, I think he's playing with a knock, but if you take Punts' view that he isn't then how else would you explain a player who constantly ensures he avoids a challenge despite being favourite for the ball?Do you honestly think Nuno would tolerate that if it were the case?
