I like my rule. 2 days of training gives you one day off. For it to count as a session it must be at least 50 min. No breaks over 3 min is allowed, always aim for good intensity and make sure things are heavy, but that you still can do it technical correct. Make a nice mix each week of cardio...
I'm doing Amsterdam marathon in a month or so. A bit behind schedule due to beeing under the weather for all of august. Have now done 12 workouts in 12 days, about to go out for my 13th now. Feels good to be back on track.
