Wolves v Manchester Utd. 08/12 Build up and match thread

We have a long wilderness ahead of us with this ownership, these players and this basic manager
 
Arsenal on Saturday could literally be any score. They could do double figures if they can be arsed.

Keeper and a RB are a must to at least have a chance in games I feel. Our best CB this season being forced to play CM due to poor squad planning.

Didn't mean to imply that we shouldn't look to improve wherever possible, I'm just not the guy who will accept that we're actually this bad. The potential of the squad is sure as shit better than this, IMV.

Appreciate many/most won't share that take.
 
Imagine going from the Nuno era, 7th place finishes, Europe, semi finals of the FA Cup to in a short few weeks being the worst team in Football League history. FUCK OFF JEFF SHI YOU FUCKING CORRUPT WANKER.
 
That's exactly what I thought, he was looking for a yellow card towards the end. He will not want to be seen vs Arsenal. At the moment he can forget the World Cup, as can Joao and Cunha.

Lopez our m.o.m. for me. No point in persisting with Jørgen Grand-Larceny or Arokandahardplace up front. Former doesn't want to know and the latter is National League standard.

I didn’t watch the first half or even much of the second half as I decided to play football instead.

I did see this before kick off and it’s amazing how a) beaten they look and b) barely any of them acknowledge the fans

I watched the match tonight, I'm really sorry to see that result and score line.

Being brutally honest, Wolves look like we did in the season the take over happened. We were winless and looked destined for the drop, even up until the December when we finally got our first win. I also see parallels with the ownership, an owner who has said he refuses to compete, the club will have to be self-sufficient etc.

I just wanted to say, I know it seems hopeless and lost right now. I can absolutely empathise. But you WILL get your club back. It WILL get better one day. The owners are merely custodians, you, the fans are the real owners. You are the ones who never leave. Keep fighting, don't give up hope.


I'll be watching and hoping you get what we all want.

The videos of them arriving piss me off every game. Earphones on, no eye contact, nothing. Tolu was sucking a fucking lollipop ffs

I am still scarred by the twin memories of a cup match at Highbury when what was more or less their youth team slaughtered us AND that dreadful pre-match surrender when not picking Bull and Keane in the semi final at Villa Park.

After watching more or less every match online or live for many years I will do some decorating rather than watch this weekend.

PS Just recalled when we were cheated out of the Cup when Bob Hazell was sent off right at the end and more or less the same when we were cheated against yet again with Nenad Milijas being red carded amd banned for three games for an innocuous challenge on that **** Arteta.

I think I'm going to give it a miss too. Be a while before I watch a game again I think. Just depressing.
 
I am at a Wedding Reception on Saturday evening so I can’t watch the game.

I’m feeling relieved. How sad is that?
 
I will watch. I will miss the next three games and by then, depending on if there is any change/improvement (ho ho ho), I might give up watching for a while. It just isn`t helping my mental health.

I keep shaking my head thinking why on earth have I brought Arsenal, Liverpool & Man Utd away tickets 😤
