I’ve also noticed that MLS pro and replica shirts have slightly different designs. It’s a load of bollocks. At least MLS shirts still last 2 seasons though (I think). Bringing out 3 new kits every year really fucks me off.

The other big leagues here have always done as such with the replica/authentic thing. Worst offender is/was the NFL where the replicas would be missing badging and whatnot as pointed out above, but most frustrating was that all the numbers and lettering were iron-on. Authentic shirts got full stitching on everything. Of course, you were looking at $100+ regardless.

It was always going to happen the same way in MLS but it’s a bummer that the practice is reaching so far.

Seems like it rotates. New away shirts one year, new home the next, etc. Never seen that enunciated as policy, though.

Anyone know if the Wolves Matchday Anthem jackets are the same as Wanderers Rain jackets or Matchday jackets advertised on the likes of House of Fraser or JD Sports?
