First half ended - entertaining

We have had the best chances, but no goals & been given a stern examination - though Brentford more shots, but none on target (we have had 5)

Still think that we have enough to take this, but probably not by more than 1 goal

Lies, damn lies etc. At times we have really struggled to get and keeping the ball, first time I've seen us outplayed in the championship this season. I'd imagine the possession stats are interesting. Fucking freezing and wet too.


Edit - I know it's heresy but I'd swap Baz for Vini, we need some more pace.

Interesting some people think we look off the pace I think we have looked decent for most of the half and created several good chances only finishing letting us down here.

Brentford look well up for this so could go either way.

Our issue seems to be dealing with their press from the front as it's not letting us build up, that being said Brentford look so dodgy at the back when we have dodged the press that I'll be amazed if we don't fetch a goal soon

Quite like the look of the ginger cdm too, he keeps them ticking nicely

There's masses of space for a long pass over the top to a pacy player - Costa has had a couple of chances.

Mokotjo and Woods is a pretty good pairing at this level.

Good for the first twenty minutes but not great after that tbh. Could have scored 2 though, hitting the post and one off the line. There was a one on one half chance but he was never getting to the ball in time to do anything other than prod it at the keeper.

I'd agree with vinny for baz, he's been poor on the ball. Also cav for Leo imo

Big storm here. Just lost all power but now have it back.
Scary stuff going on outside.
Neighbours across the road have just had all their heavy garden furniture rearranged.
