I dunno, he popped up about 10 yards out to head home against Hull. Decent goal that was.

That was amazing. Started Bennett there in that game I think. Then tried Cav for 20 minutes then just eventually let Buur get on the pitch and he scores :icon_lol:

I loved that goal against Hull. Seem to remember that equaliser being pretty important for the stress levels too with a few games left to play.

Anyway, Buur is alright. Obviously we have much better and he isn't going to be tearing it up for a top PL team, but he hasn't done anything wrong in his first team appearances. He's actually pretty capable in an attacking sense, decent runs in behind, and not a bad cross on him (I'm a massive geek and have watched the majority of the U23 games the last couple of seasons when possible). Seem to remember a good assist from him in Europe too? Besiktas maybe? Winning the ball back high up the pitch and sliding it across to Jota. Hopefully he'll snag a loan or move now and make a decent career for himself.

Chill. Just pointing out he isn't totally useless, he was pretty decent in the Europa game too. In fact he has a goal and an assist from about 60 mins of first team football?

When Buur came on at RWB in the Sheff Utd game, his first movement was to make that Doc style diagonal run behind the defence into the box, and the pass nearly found him for his first touch of the game in one on one.

He's ok in that regard. Not that I'm staking any claim for him to play.
