No chance West Ham will be as bad as they were in January (they desperately need to win) so rather than exploit that, let's concede any initiative by setting up as negatively as possible when we have absolutely fuck all to lose and haven't played for four weeks.

But, urgh, Tchatchoua is in the line up so we're playing with one arm tied behind our back. Maybe tonight's the night he beats a defender for pace, or puts in a telling cross, or just manages to control the ball a bit. Maybe.

Appreciate your optimism and hope you’re right. But it seems like a very poor formation given weeks of preparation and zero pressure for results.

Three and a half weeks and this is the best he can come up with against a team who are desperate for points and just came through a gruelling 120 minutes in their last game.

From the moment we passed the Derby record we should have started to see what Edwards wants to do in the Championship.
