Hasn’t corrected the issue we have. Which is the lack of a physical presence up top. Whenever we’ve sent Krejci or Yerson forward for a long throw West Ham have struggled, but we persist with 5”7 Adam Armstrong up front by himself when you’ve got Tolu sat on the bench.

Angel Gomes makes Tommy Doyle look like Roy Keane. He's obviously good technically but I'm not particularly convinced he wants it tbh, and even if he did his want it his physicality would get in the way.

All in all though, you can't be too unhappy with how we've played, especially as our collective expectations have been battered down to "please don't get slapped by these, they're shit". Not convinced by Armstrong either. He's basically had one good season in the last five years and even that
