It's odd, I have no idea about this sort of stuff, but previously, when it got slow, shutting down the browser and relaunching helped, but now, although sometimes it is rapid, when it isn't, that doesn't help anymore.

agree. usually it is very quick. occasionally it slows down for a very short period. usually when you are clicking the like button in my experience.

It's literally a white square with a tiny blue square in the top left corner...
Is it the website or my laptop?

I have the same and yesterday my image wasn't showing. Just had to go back into my profile and add it again (even though it was showing there) and that sorted that for mine.

That said Kenny, I never notice any issue with yours not showing...
