Bloody hell Dejavu we don't know the full facts of this case by the fact that the offenders have been re bailed means enquiries are on going they may be awaiting for the IP to recover further from his injuries so that he can do an ID procedure, there could be many reasons that no one has yet been charged. It could be that CPS have been consulted and have said further evidence is required.
