Top 5 Cover Versions

Were they heck :D

In 2006, really? Their first album came out in January of that year.
Was quoting Jo Whiley, mind you she also raved about Coldplay, I fell for the hype, went to see them at the civic, and they were one of two bands I’ve walked out of the gig early and gone home, sleeper were the other one.

that's what you always say - luna (dream syndicate)
dance with me - nouvelle vague (lords of the new church)
another day - this mortal coil (roy harper)
jigsaw puzzle - flesh for lulu (stones)
these days - nico (jackson browne)

Best thing Arctic Monkeys ever did was tell me not to believe the hype.

They were right. They’re mid.
That's what they were, massive hype at one point in time after a successful debut album, but they've never really been that massive.

I really liked their first album, quirky, amusing lyrics, catchy tunes, a lot of fun.
Haven't really kept up with their later stuff, thought last night they'd matured quite a lot in their song writing and performance but not as good fun,
