This is actually a very salient point - it's unarguable that it's the right thing to do to get the vaccine if you work in health care. Unfortunately a large minority just aren't going to have it, no matter the consequences. The question then surely has to be, in an already chronically understaffed system, does it cause more harm them not being there at all?
Why does a Tory government, ideologically opposed to the whole idea of a national health service, want to sack 10% of its workforce?. The narrative will change in the coming months/years to the NHS being unsustainable and not fit for purpose. It's such an obvious con trick - they've been running it down for years. As the saying goes, never let a good crisis go to waste!
