He’s a decent footballer and has had some decent moments but he lacks two key qualities, pace and strength. Players make it in the PL without one of those but not many without both. He's decent on the ball, I never understood why GON kept putting him as some sort of Neves tribute act though. There's an impact sub role as a sort of 8/10 hybrid that could have been effective on occasion, rarely used there though. He also had a decent dead ball at Sheff Utd which should have translated, but didn't.
How did you ignore me? You made a post clearly with the goal of antagonising me!?Nobody else will find this interesting. I tried to ignore you but you went on another of your self pitying diatribes
It’s quite easy. EP has a view on a subject and wants everyone to agree with him. After about a page my eyes glaze over and I just ignore whatever the latest “but you’re not listening to me” post. Oddly I quite often think he’s made valid points but there comes a time when scrolling not debating is the only sane option.
Actually, I like people to debate/discuss with me and not resort to being personal, nasty or insulting. It’s quite easy. EP has a view on a subject and wants everyone to agree with him. There’s debate and ever decreasing circles.Actually, I like people to debate/discuss with me and not resort to being personal, nasty or insulting.
That's what I want, I don't consider it a big ask really either, it really takes the biscuit when the same people then moan at me for being annoyed by that.
Not when someone is posting in the same manner with the "rent free" etc...no.Looks like the post-Johnny75 utopia hasn't come to fruition yet
Better imo.Think Cunha is every bit as good as Jota, personally.
I'd agree. Technically a better and more skilful player but Jota has an enormous heart and will to win. Cunha is weaker mentally IMO and it would be Jota I'd want in my team.Better imo.
I wouldn’t say Cunha is weak mentally. After all, he was a shining light throughout the start of our season. Weak mentally he would’ve dropped tools and gone missing.I'd agree. I compared him to Jota and my opinion is Jota is stronger in that department.I wouldn’t say Cunha is weak mentally. After all, he was a shining light throughout the start of our season. Weak mentally he would’ve dropped tools and gone missing.
Just a different character to Jota, more outspoken etc. both ironically quite petulant at times.
Both very good players for the club though
Yeah just realised misread your post.I compared him to Jota and my opinion is Jota is stronger in that department.
I miss the miserable old fool.Looks like the post-Johnny75 utopia hasn't come to fruition yet
