Great finish and look what Saka can do when you play him in the right position

Ha, turn it off to put mafs on and the game turns around. Clearly my fault.

This ref is shite at calling penalties

Can’t watch the uk version. Watching Aussies lying, cheating, arguing and scrapping is fine as guilty TV but I can’t bring myself to watch Brits proving themselves to be as bad or worse.

I’m Southgate biggest critic but his substitutes have made a real impact.

Nick Pope to ensure no one gets over excited.

Every time Pope has played for England he’s looked a liability. Twice tonight he’s dithered on the ball and got away with it, that then was just hopeless

Pearce made a good point on TS when I was running my son around earlier. If you aren't playing Pickford for continuity you need a keeper who's good with their feet, that's not Pope. Ramsdale should have played as the next best fit option

I think when we played Poland at home in a qualifier he played the ball to Stones when it was never on yes Stones was just a liable but it should never have reached him.

I backed Germany before the game, thought I was quids in when they were 2-0 up. Then happy enough when England pulled back to be winning 3-2.
3-3 no good to me as a bet or as a fan. Sodding typical. 😆

I think the players took control. Stopped with the shite Southgate sent them out with and played with higher tempo and players moving off the ball.

Good second half despite the manager.
