They'd have had the opportunity to play some - admittedly in their twilight years - giants of the game of the game which save for a lucky cup tie they might never have got over here likewise they've contributed during a time of fairly rapid growth for that league. If I had the option of being Jack Price or Leon Clarke or James Henry I'd pick the former everytime.

There are different types of shit though. You can be a shit manager in charge of shit players and it might not make any difference. If you're a shit manager in charge of a team full of generational talent (Martinez/Belgium) then you're holding them back.
