The Official Euro 2016 Megathread

Playing against two banks of five again passing needs to be more quicker and incisive.
 
Wilshere has been a bit pointless. He's not creative enough and hasn't needed to get back. Rooney on for him.

At least Henderson has been more effective than usual other than his crossing.

About as much as Henderson!

They've both been poor imo and I did have a good rant at Sturridge trying to beat 3 men on the edge of the area when there were plenty of options on.

He's a talented player capable of brilliance but sometimes his decision making is infantile!

We're doing fine, just need to carry on and I'm sure a goal will come but I'd bring Rooney on for Wilshere or Henderson.

Vardy has looked lively - should have taken that chance though. Clyne looking excellent down the right flank.
 
Henderson has been better than Wilshere quite comfortably.

Big fan of Bertrand but he's not having the best night of his life here.
 
Completely dominant, but Wilshere and Henderson are not having good games, which is making actually creating a chance difficult.

We've created enough - we do need to be more ruthless in front of goal though which is a recurring theme in this tournament. If we want to progress to the latter stages we will need to take chances because we won't be getting this many against the better sides.

Oh - agree with Jinky re Bertrand. He's no Matt Doherty.
 
Look at out two main chances there, first one created by Henderson's great ball to Vardy and then the second created by Henderson's great ball to Clyne. I get people don't rate him but he's actually been good apart from set pieces which he shouldn't be on.

Wales weren't in that tournament. I want us both through. Like I say you will finish top. Surely you will score second half.
 
Wilshere isn't sharp enough, losing the ball way too often. Henderson has actually been OK but as others have said his final ball is completely wank. Sturridge has actually been decent and has offered much more than Kane has in three halves. Clyne is having a stormer and Bertrand should be playing pub football.

We'll score at some point but wouldn't be surprised if Wilshere or Henderson make way for Rooney at half time.
 
Wilshire & Henderson's lack of game time recently is having an impact

Agree Wilshire's been less influential than Henderson. Rooney on for him and he can then take set pieces relieving us the need for Henderson to do so
 
a bit like the russia game so far. poor final ball. henderson is either over hitting or under hitting. chances falling to the wrong people. sturridge is a threat but has been wasteful so far (as he was v Wales until he scored). wilshere? hmmm!
 
The good lady has got Wales in the sweepstake at the club, so suffice to say she is currently quite pleased
 
Classic Sturbridge again. Full back free left, he holds the ball waits for a defender to get back, then plays the pass. Not good.
