It is relevant if he starts harping on about billionaire owners and calling teams out for FFP, especially when he is on the league board.

Would be if we had clearly overspent a shedload of money - which it doesn't appear we have (yet) - even under FPP we are allowed a certain amount of losses over a 3 year period.

Anyway, according to his leaving video he loved his time here so he shouldn't be 'dobbing us in' to the FA

We have £39m of losses to play with over a three year period.

Plus we have been rather smart in the Cavaleiro deal. He has a five year contract so the value of his sale (if it is £13m) is spread over more than the three year measuring period. The most that Cavaleiro ever costs us for FFP is (£13m/5 x 3 - £7.8m).

Further, I would wager a fairly substantial pile of wedge that we fuck Money Shop off at the end of the season and our next shirt sponsor will be paying a HELL of a lot more.

Don't expect FPP to worry us at all - fair number of the new guys are loans & apart from Cavaleiro not paid that much given current prices being being paid (even in the Championship), plus as you say not all of Cavaleiro's fee will come in the equation

Fosun to take over the main shirt sponsorship for next season & a deal to avoid any financial issues will be made.

Well we now know how Zenga is being judged, Top 10 in Jan, Top 6 by the end of the season. What we don't know is does Top 6 mean promotion?

I can't be the only one that listens to that interview and gets excited, so many ambitions but with so much sense. If Jeff and Fosun follow through with what we have heard from them so far we have a lot to look forward to.
