Must admit a comparison between Rush and Led Zep hadn't occurred to me, maybe their very early stuff, once Peart came in they went full on prog.

I know it’s not the ‘cool’ choice and Metallica purists will disagree but it is iconic. Plus, the intro is just so, so good.

Tbh Metallica post live shit binge and purge is non existent to me. They disappeared up their own arses on that tour.

Tbf I get why the change in sound (particularly post-self-titled) put people off. I would probably give Battery “Best Track 1” of theirs, too. Cliff’s compositions were just so good.

I will always defend St. Anger; just an unbelievably important record for Teen Alan. Unnamed Feeling still fucking hurts to listen to (complimentary). And, in hindsight, accurate to my undiagnosed OCD.
