Saw ‘em in Charlotte in a tiny dive bar (shout outs to Snug Harbor) a couple of months go. Exceptional live act.

I like The Lightning Seeds and have seen them three times before, I don't like them enough to buy tickets over a year in advance.
 
Lightning Seeds are the support act for the current Madness tour. Off to see them on 2nd December in Newcastle

Pun threads are the least of our problems with current political and war crime issues, especially as there's no football to discuss. I don't mind a pun fest tbh, obvs it always goes too far but c'est la vie.
 
Just a few weeks to wait until the Foo Fighters at Suncorp.

Knotfest line up for Brisbane in March has been announced and tickets on sale next week. Pantera, Disturbed and Lamb of God are the main attractions. Might have a bit of that.

I’ll listen to pretty much anything that’s described as post-punk. I don’t think this is so underground - I think album scored 8+ on pitchfork. I’ve been trying not to buy so much stuff, storage and cash constraints, so didn’t get this album but this track was a standout on my listen.

Won’t come as a shock, but this vocalist’s husky voice has me all shook.

He’s also the only man I’ve seen rock a 100% denim outfit (complete with denim trucker hat) and a mustache and I was still like “yeah, he could get it”.

Love small acts getting exposure.

Yes, it’s sort of an interpol/she wants revenge monotone with NIN for expression. if I wasn’t in a mellower phase I’d have bought.
