I reckon mckenna would be better getting a season with Ipswich in the PL under his belt before moving to the next job. He'll be under zero pressure and will get the chance to learn a bit more about football at the highest level.

He’ll get offers, maybe not at the level if clubs he’s currently being linked with. Ipswich are a bigger club than Brighton and like every club below 8th in the Premier league they’re only a couple of bad decisions away from being relegated.

Looks to me that McKenna has given the green light to at least exploring the Ipswich gig who in turn might offer Rob Edwards the opportunity of back to back relegation
