The Live Match Discussion Thread: 2019/2020

Don’t think I’ll watch many more of these games (at least the non-wolves ones). They are so boring, almost fell asleep then and I don’t think I’ve ever slept in the day in my life.

You are not the only one - paid for a Sky months pass as was missing football, but no intensity without fans in the ground. This last one was a derby match, but you wouldn't have known it - the fact that Liverpool will win the title at some point & Everton are safe may have impacted, but wandered out of the room to do other things at times.

Not going to renew the pass, but will still get them to see Wolves games.

I think wolves will keep sending up day passes for our games, so will be fine I think.

First round of games for a lot of sides give it chance, most sides are rusty at the moment.

I think it’s been alright really, not the same of course but better than no football at all for sure.

I've mostly enjoyed it, tonights Merseyside derby was gash but on the whole its been ok, early days

Villa vs Sheff Utd was dismal and so was the Merseyside derby, think the rest have been fine albeit a couple weren't really a contest.

I've watched:
Villa Sheff Utd - gash
City Arsenal - probably not far off a normal game, City own them
Albion Blues - gash
West Ham Wolves - gash for the neutral, went to Nuno's plan
Cardiff Leeds - probably the most normal game in terms of pace and intensity, if low on quality
Villa Chelsea - again not far off normal. Villa would have played that game that way with 40k there

West Ham v Wolves was worth the entrance fee just for Neto's strike......I may be a little biased here though.
Toon v Sheff U was ok

Brighton vs Arsenal had pretty much everything. Loads of chances right from the off, plenty of needle, a controversial incident, a superb goal, a last second winner and a full time meltdown from the losers. What more do you want?

Yeah, enjoyed that

Yeah, the Brighton match was amongst the best games I’ve seen as a neutral this season.

Thought that Spurs-United had a fair bit going for it, too.

Burnley have absolutely chucked this game then. Dyche plays the hard man, but he's a coward.

Was just thinking Burnley were doing ok, working hard, keeping City at arms length. Good goal, thats that then

Shit from Pope. Right past his body.

Too easy.

Burnley are one of those that need to go from the Premier League, no ambition at all. Fuck off.
