The Goggle Box Thread

The first episode of Red Dwarf XI is available a week early on demand on Dave or UKTV platforms.

I've downloaded it to my Sky box to watch when I get home from the pub.

Mr Robot last night......what the fuck

I thought it was fucking immense, proper mind games and some massive plot advancement. Absolutely loved it. The acting is second-to-none, not a poor performance between them.

I stopped watching it a couple of episodes ago. Not intentionally, just forgot about it. Which says a lot.

This was alright. Some decent enough lines in there mixed in with some really predictable stuff.

Kevin Eldon/Paddy was in it.

I've enjoyed this season more than the first to be honest and the first was bloody good.

Looks like Go 8-Bit got interesting this week!

Rachel Riley and a warning of Sexual scenes...

Adds to planner...

I don't normally watch that because I found it a bit tedious with all the crap inbetween the games.

The rotating stage is a load of bollocks....especially when done 4 times. Unnecessary time filler.

The rest I can put up, just to see others as shit at gaming as I am.

Just popped onto the NOWtv website to buy a day pass for watching the Wolves game and the Ryder Cup and found a deal for 30 days all Sky Sports for £10.99. Fucking LOVELY.

I am still enjoying the luxury of my free 1 year Now TV sports pass courtesy of McDonalds. I can confirm that my evening will be spent on the sofa, with the dog curled up at my feet, watching the Ryder Cup.

How did you get a free pass, T-Dog? Compensation for having to eat a McDonald's?

I think I've got a 2 month Now TV movie pass with my ps4 purchase but never used Now TV before.

I'd hazard a guess at he won it when they did that Monopoly thing.

NowTV is ace. We have it on the upstairs TV so we can get Sky Atlantic (which I don't think is available on a Virgin package unless you pay through the nose) for Game of Thrones and will probably watch WestWorld on it too. The optional day passes for Sky Sports are really useful, especially when they are doing a monthly deal like this. Absolute no-brainer.

It was a monopoly prize. My wife bought a milkshake and won a free Now TV box + choice of any pass for a year. She kindly chose the sports pass for me.

Cheers for the tip Paddy. I've signed up for this too.

Don't forget to cancel though!

It is on the calendar! You REALLY don't want to forget and then get the standard monthly rate.
