Well you know I can be a bit radicle. We know that fines mean squat.
For season 2021 22 every member of the big six in England starts the match not with a kick off but with a penalty to the opposition. So pretty much every game they are 1 nil down and have to work bloody hard to recover. In some games they will but that’s a better punishment. Players at those clubs may not want to be involved in that and may leave. But it hits those clubs on the pitch and shows the arrogance up for what it is . Fines bans etc are all bollocks . They rarely have an effect.

I think you are all going to be disappointed when any sanction has the word suspended before it. I'm not sure even that will happen, just a rewriting of PL rules to say x is the punishment for any team trying to do it in the future
