"The docs have confirm that @TedHankeyDarts has had a stroke he's got very high cholesterol and blood pressure and diabetes got to have 6/8 weeks rest and will need more tests in the coming weeks the doctors report will confirm this might use it to sue the people"

To be honest. I thought Hankey was pissed when he was on stage. I hope he will be ok
 
I'm putting a lawsuit against you Ken, you caused me to bruise my knee.

If he had a stroke what was he doing on stage? Also he was pissed and that was probably what caused the stroke to happen.
 
I would venture that an instance of being drunk doesn't cause a stroke and the behaviour you saw may well have been the stroke taking place with Hankey taking the stance of 'the show must go on' rather than 'by Christ I feel ill, I think I should sit this one out.'
 
I won't hate on the man for being a human being but if he had a stroke on stage. Fair play to the bloke for sticking it out for the fans. I respect that more than anything.

Great to see Van Barneveld win a tournament but Van Gerwen should be worth a bet for the Alexander Palace.

Apparently Ted Hankey had a stroke while he was on stage. I feel bad for mocking him but we've gotta praise him for continuing to play the game instead of walking off the stage.

Really enjoyed the Grand Slam and chuffed for Barney for winning it. Met him during the week and he's a really nice guy.

Did you go last night. The place was rocking last night and the two dutch man gave us a wonderful final...

Regarding two BDO players do you redkon Kiist and Waites especially Waites to come over in 2013 after the BDO worlds..?
 
If Waites joins, I'd expect he'd be a wild card in the Premier League Darts.
