205 isn’t enough on a day 2/3 pitch, yes they were bowled out cheaply first innings but you would still have Australia as favourites now.

I dunno. The pitch is doing plenty. We'll see. I can definitely rule out the draw though!

Going from 99 ahead with one wicket down to a lead of 204 is woeful. The wicket us challenging but Australia are showing niw that it’s not that bad.

Today is return to limp displays shown in the last 3 tours of Australia.
The situation at lunch compared to now is nothing short of a disgrace.

Bazball is fine in the right situation but when the conditions make batting difficult it’s suicidal. We’ve given up on trying to grind out runs and when the Bazball approach fails the response is just “that’s how we play”. A little pragmatism in our approach would go a long way.

Yep have the fool hardy approach be prepared for another heavy series defeat.
All I’ve seen is suicidal batting that’s demoralising for a bowling attack that had got us into a winning position.

Looking at the wickets not sure pragmatism would help, a lot of them were just shit. Maybe we have over hyped our batting line up, any team still opening with Zak cannot be any good really.

the problem our top 5 scored 188 runs between them in both innings combined that’s an average of 18.8. Only one got past 50, it’s a combo of brain dead batting and some crap players.
To add they go into sulk mode very quickly too.

Have your bazball approach I’m just sick of being humiliated every 4 years we play in Australia

Was just thinking this get to feel the empty defeat feeling twice in 8 hours wish I was a Spanish Real Madrid fan.
