Just saying what I see I was one of very few yesterday pulling the positives when we were losing wickets.

Had a chance to knock them over tonight with those two.

Looks instead like we’re going to have a small lead at best or a deficit at worst

It won’t be a serious deficit. 50 at most. We will probably need to rack up another 300-ish anyway as we won’t get Marnus and Smith so easily again.

Impossible to say. Knock these over and we could blitz through with a lead. These two could easily put on another 100-150 and then Cummins + bowlers.

I reckon they will make 425-450. We were short on day 1 considering we've had marginally the best of the conditions for batting so far.
At least it'll go to day 4 as a minimum (I bloody hope!)
We've got to leave them chasing a target of around 300 fourth innings to win this game - that's my prediction anyway.

That would be a near on 200 partnership and more. If they do that then fair play but I don't think they will.

Australia Day for sure, pitch is a road and getting anything out of it is really difficult.
Big factor in this series will be the fact that Australia have a proper spinner and we don’t.
Game is wide open still and barring a batting calamity by ourselves we should have enough to at least get a draw.

How is it Australia's day, they haven't even got near our score?

Ridiculously negative.

Scoring 300+ and only losing 5 wickets is a good day and better than ours considering the missed chances we’ve had.
It’s hardly outrageous go and have a look at the TMS feed and you’ll see a similar opinion from others. Their day today ours yesterday also I’ve stated we’re still barring a collapse more than likely to get something from this. Read all the paragraph before deliberately trying to wind someone up.

The odds surely have to be on a draw even with England's aggressive style. We missed out on a couple of regulation chances today to get the Aussies in trouble. I'd expect them to grind out at least our score tomorrow.

TMS feed is full of twats trying to out negative each other. It’s been that way for years.
First session was ours. Second two sessions were Australian. We are ahead in a tight game.

Talk of we might just have enough to draw is frankly bollocks.

First point I was referring to the ex pros whose comments are posted on the feed not the publics comments.
Second point if Australia have had two better sessions today then surely it’s their day?
Third point I clearly stated we had the better day yesterday.
Fourth point my phrase was “at the very least” when talking about a draw very much implies that I still think we’ve got a good chance you’ve changed that to “we’ll be lucky to get a draw”
Since this match started find where I’ve said we’ll lose?

I can't see it, 3 days left even if today might be a bit stop start. I think we'd declare on a score that can be chased to give us a chance of the win.

Rain is only supposed to around 1630 ish so means they’ll lose about 27 overs today can easily claw them back over the next couple of days.

Maybe. I suppose us going hell for leather, combined with the ball turning more for Lyon will make for a lively last few days.

Couple of early wickets will see Australia retreat to survival mode again.

Yep, I think this first session we need to come out and really pile pressure on. If we can get this partnership broken quickly we'll sail through their tail.

We’re definitely not ahead in the game. It’s probably level.

Who has the upper hand will be dependent on what happens this session.
