And as we've discussed:

A) it's stupidly short sighted
B) it's going to be very damaging in the long term
C) no-one above Jeff Shi gives a shit
D) Jeff Shi would think he was right if he told you it was Christmas Day tomorrow

Wonder what will happen next year. He’s already promised to freeze the prices so will be no surprises there. FOMO has gone away but the feel good factor is back so I reckon uptake is going to be pretty high. Further vindicating Jeff!

Who knows, maybe he won't be a coward this time and actually say how many STs we've sold.

And I agreed with you.

But the point remains, ticket revenue will have gone up this season.

Although I think if we are in the top 10 next season, numbers will rise again.

I think if you are an adult that renewed last season then you'll continue to do so until personal/financial circumstances dictate otherwise. You've got money to burn if you become a member though.

EP is correct those attendances will be seen as a success 1500 light or thereabouts on average. Where he'll need to reassess is corporate pricing as a lot of those unsold seats are in that part of the North Bank in the less glamorous games.
