I am currently watching the final of the Pacific Championship.

Seriously watch out for Samoa at the next world cup. They are bloody brilliant. Does help having Payne Haas, Jahrome Luai, Brian To'o, Blaize Tuilagi, Josh Papali'i and Deine Marriner in the line-up!

Well I got that wrong! Superb second half from New Zealand to win the game fairly comfortably in the end.

I think the four semi-finalists will be Australia, Samoa, New Zealand and England. New Zealand could well run the Kangaroos very close.

They looked pretty good at the last WC until they came accross the Aussies in the final.

BREAKING: Salford Red Devils have been liquidated bringing an end to club's 152-year history...
On reflection its worth it to get the current owners out of the club.

There's been a few ownership groups been holding talks with the RFL and the few staff remaining and Council about starting a 'new' Salford.

The current owners, similarly to the Bhattis, found themselves owning a sports team they had no interest in. They were after the land deal, which the council walked away from leaving them with a club they held no interest in.

The spurious delays and adjournment to the Court hearings by the owners with false claims of funds could only have come from a vindictiveness to the fans and club

Crucial time now as they have to get this right, and have to get it done quickly. There's very little time to prepare for the coming season and those who have suffered much in the past 12 months will want some certainty over how things move forward.

Welcome back buddy.

Hi Leeds, thanks mate.

Good to see you keeping up the RL thread. I don't know about being back, maybe just passing through.

RL has ended up overtaking my life pretty much
