So every champagne producer has to make a new size bottle just for the British market when they already sell bottle sizes from 375ml to 24 litres (I think a Nebuchadnezzar is 24 litres but would have to check).
So who picks up the cost of the glass and re-sized label printing in These niche 568ml bottles?
Or is the reality simply that you will be able to buy the standard size Moët at £20 or so for a 750 and the price label will also say £16.88 per pint on the shelf which will add nothing
