People who live through their computers puzzle me. I pop on here as I am avid Wolves and like to see/hear what other supporters have to say. I don't have a Facebook account (anymore) Twitter Instagram and or any other social media accounts that I use whatsoever.

Whoever that person was that "hacked" this probably lives on his/her computer and does FA else. Maybe these sort of people know something, I don't, about the afterlife cus they're certainly wasting this one. I don't get too bothered by them though as I'm sure that is their aim.
 
It should do Frank. I'd advise downloading and running MalwareBytes as well, it's free and is a good program for removing malware. Just click the Download button on the page below, not the Buy button.

No probs Frank, it doesn't hurt to run it every couple of weeks either as it doesn't take long.

I have downloaded it and put it on my desktop. It is currently scanning files. Sorry to be so stupid, but will this affect my AVG anti virus?

No Frank...It just runs a separate scan and will find any corrupt files on the computer. It's a good program, I've got it installed on my laptop
 
Thanks Darlo. It is all done and dusted, and I will follow Boozad's advice and run it every fortnight.
 
Probably unrelated but I woke this morning to discover several emails and texts from my bank about masses of purchases (mainly from JD sports online and other clothes outlets) - It's all sorted now and funds being returned but my bank said it looked like a hack and someone had my CVS number along with my card and asked if I was a member of any sites that been victims of data breaches or attacks. This was the only one I could think of so I just wanted to mention it, more for your own awareness than thinking it was related.

Have you run team viewer on your PC? There was a spate of similar frauds recently from a team viewer hack.
 
Nah not got team viewer, I am on a mac and I actually try to use paypal as much as possible. I paid reg fees for the league I play in via worldpay or something like that that's run by the league and I remember now thinking it didn't seem particularly robust looking.
