We need someone to look after Maddison who is their only real threat. MGW isn't doing that.
Fair point, and I'll assume why most are plumping for Saiss. That said, the point would be to retain more control of the ball in the final third.
Going forwards, I hope to see more gametime for MGW. He doesn't look out of place in this team.
It amazes me some people think MGW is already good enough to displace team starter like Saiss. He's only just 18 he's got plenty of time. I very much doubt he'll get anywhere near the starting line up outside of the cups next season. He's a great prospect but he ain't there yet.
MGW is 18 with little first team experience, you can't expect him to perform to his best in a second 11 side. Whenever he has come on for the first team he has impressed. I wouldn't be starting him at the moment, but I wouldn't be worried about him starting ahead of N'Diaye as and when Neves gets his suspension, less so Saiss tbf.He struggled at Swansea in fact N'Daiye looked better than him
I was trying to reply to Johnny #24. thats why I edited it cus I forgot to reply with quote lolMGW is 18 with little first team experience, you can't expect him to perform to his best in a second 11 side. MGW was instantly better than N'Daiye when he came on against QPR. Age has nothing to do with it which is why Neves is a world class player at 20.
(he makes it a race, which is a bit juvenile if you ask me)
We'll probably be in the Litten but it's essentially Kenny's call as he'll get there first (he makes it a race, which is a bit juvenile if you ask me)
Can use the Royal London? Decent drinks in there for Will and Langers
