My wife told me to pick MVS over Adams when I gave her the choice (she knows absolutely nothing about NFL). I’m still blaming her

A) I hate picking players on Thursday night games for some reason, in case it starts the whole week off terribly. A bit like risking including early kickoffs in your accas.

B) I couldn't afford him after my other picks. Plus I was a bit down on Rodgers after the first three weeks.

Have you see the Eagles secondary? Have to have the opposition QB or number 1 receiver in most weeks

In fairness secondary isn't correct. Jenkins and Mcleod are very good safetys and Maddox is decent at nickel. It's outside that's shocking. I can see a bank breaking deal to get Ramsey.

Haven’t picked the rest of my team yet, but I tend to hate picking Thursday games for those reasons but this looked like a good matchup which I tried to take advantage of. I didn’t want to pick Adams because the value wasn’t there of course unless he had a monster game. Still wouldn’t have been that bad if MVS had an average game. Adams went off and MVS was quiet so now I’ve got it all to do

Damn. Didn’t read into it properly and been away since I set the line up so I’ve not checked anything. Bad week this week.

He was allowed to play. I expected LAC to get up and then give Gordon some snaps. But they didn’t really get the win sealed until the 4th quarter.
