Tried to be positive early on but that was pathetic, no intent, no intensity, no real obvious plan of how we’re going to create anything. Just sit deep and get it to the front two to do something.

I know Nuno is a stubborn man but he must look at it and realise it doesn't work. He did last season and changed it, I want him to do so this season too.

I think Donck's having a particularly poor game. Either put him at the back and reshuffle Doc and Traore or bin him off for Kilman and do the same shuffle.

Jota has been totally out of the game since his head injury, apart from setting up the Newcastle goal. Neves has been below par again. Jonny has been sloppy with the ball. Donk has been poor. Raul has had nothing to work with. Traore is far more effective further forward - we know this. More worryingly, Nuno knows this - but still chose to play him in a different role. Defence doesn’t look great and they’ve hardly had anything to do.

Slow, flat, clueless with the ball.

Looks like Nuno has to pull it out the bag during half time again. I just don’t get why we start/set up so negatively. It’s infuriating.

Boly winning that header every single time. Saiss has done really well, but hes no boly. I doubt we will see many clean sheets until new year. Lacking any kind of gameplan or focus up front, mindlessly hoofing it, hoping for a counter

Switch up the formation and get Jota off, he doesn't look with it since his injury early on.

He’s been played in a useless position where he gets exposed defensively and has no options forward apart from a hoof. I’ll keeping whining about this system until it’s finally binned.

Wasnt even deemed a foul was it? Yet the nothing one up the corner where Jota tangled with their defender & the shoulder charge from Doherty near our byline were both fouls.......awful refereeing.

It all started with Doc playing a poor ball and then having to foul his man. From then on we were treading water.
Why play Doc in a different position, his strength is up the field.

We are so slow to move the ball forward - the problem with sending it back to Coady and building from the back each time is that the opposition are always in formation and ready.
