Rafa Leao would be my choice if Milan really are in financial dire straits and need to sell or if Fosun fancy splashing serious money.

Milan are going to make the CL. They should be ok.

Inter have major issues (even if they win the league etc) but they're longer term rather than something we could swoop on this summer.

If you want bargains then you look at France as their media deal collapsed, it's their own ITV Digital nearly 20 years on as the money has been spent.

Within our price range though and the kind of profile we go for. I don't know if I've ever even seen him play (if I have, I don't remember it) so no comment.

Sanches seems to have sorted himself out and be a better fit for him going into our community of Portuguese players than at Swansea I reckon!

Whenever I've seen Todibo he's looked like he has the physical attributes but is overly confident in his actual ability on the ball.

A quick search on smarterscout.com (useful but by no means perfect) suggests Correa at Lazio and and Suzuki at Sint Truidense would be similar Jota type options. Not sure if Correa has played much this season.

if we want to raid Lille, Bamba and Ikone are both players I have rated the couple of occassions I have seen them play too.

If we’re playing a 4 I’d rather keep Saiss as backup and save the £20m. I’d also be comfortable in having Semedo, Hoever and Jonny to cover the two positions in a 5 and Saiss in a crisis.

Don’t want to see Vinagre back, Saiss is genuinely a better option.

Jonny isn’t exactly injury prone. Freak ACL injury and a few knocks, not really a repeat muscle injury guy.

I like Sanches too, he’s been really good for Lille and can do both sides of the game - a massive upgrade on Donk.

todibo apparently stays up to the early hours playing video games and then is too knackered to train properly. He’ll either wake up at some point to what he’s going to lose and be a bargain for someone, or he’ll fall away badly.

There is no way we sign Dunk or Tarkowski. Which is a shame. Just like there is no way we sign Josh King or Chris Wood or Giroud.
I am not impressed by WJ who has not kicked on at all and not shown anywhere near enough now he has had a run of games.

What's with everybody in a 20 yard wide line in the area, for example for their goal when Saiss headed it away it was only ever coming back in with nobody outside the box, would appreciate your 'more knowledgeable' opinion
