Any idea why that podcast isn't on spotify?
I don't know, my assumption is there's a cost that those running it don't want to fund as they can't monetise it. Some weeks it's middle aged men howling at the moon, a bit like on here, but others they get a guest on who offers some real insight.

I’ve been arguing with a lad on Facebook saying edwards is no good, we need someone like potter who’s worked his way up.
I pointed out edwards has worked
Non league with Telford,
League 1 forest green,
Championship Watford, he’s working his way up,
Got told, oh not like that.
Said potter had been successful in Norway, if we employed someone successful from Norway, you’d be he’s never done it anywhere else.
Got told oh not like that.

Taken me HOURS catching up with this thread today.

And it’s ended with Rob Edwards. Fucking hell they’re taking the piss now 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They aren't finished yet...your interview is at 11am tomorrow.

Don't forget your PowerPoint presentation

Edwards possibly an option should we end up in the Championship and lose the majority of our Portuguese lads but at the moment we need someone to make some very good players start to believe in themselves.

A friend of a friend who was at Molineux today doing work said “all the Eggs were in the Seville guy basket”

Not anything we didn’t already know mind

Similar to Jinky I have been reading through this thread with horror, been a mixture of busy and ill since the weekend and fully expected to come on here to see a new manager had been appointed or was at least close.

Given we have meant to had an idea for a team style, recruitment strategy and a focus on youth team to first team pathway, it's pretty appalling they would remove a manager without a clear set of managerial targets and contingency plans in place.

I would have preferred to keep Bruno than get another glimpse of Jeff Shi Shit Show. It’s so depressing and the result would be the same.

How hard can it be to put out feelers and approach the managers you want?

It's barmy it's got to this stage.

I can't see Edwards being named interim it would kill his career stone dead.

No disrespect but that has to be the most tenuous link to a snippet of gossip we've had yet, a 'friend of a friend' that usually negates everything that follows, 'was at Molineux today doing work' I assume at board room level? Said “all the Eggs were in the Seville guy basket”, didn't hang around long enough to learn the name of the person they're talking about ? :)

You can either trust my info or you can ignore it, not arsed.

I know the information to be solid and wouldn’t post it if I didn’t. Don’t really want to give you any info on who it is etc. but he’s not a wolves fan and him saying “the Seville bloke” on a text could just be him not being arsed to type his name, or he might not his name, it doesn’t really matter 🤷🏻‍♂️

Surely the Rob Edwards 'interview' is just a weird club/Jeff favour to boost his profile?

If the line was 'no other PL club would hire Bruno', it goes double for Edwards!

My guess (and I am generally 100% wrong), Rob has his agent say he was interested and its an out of courtesy interview as we all know Jeff likes Rob but at the same time if we are looking at a restructure of the coaching set up (what a time to do it btw!) then worth seeing if h is interested if we generally believe he is a solid coach.

I know Rob has been linked with a couple of jobs in the Championship but Boro seem to be interviewing a ton of ex players after speaking with him, so clearly not the 1st choice but could an interview at Wolves help him out if a club thinks "we might lose him here" and hence the release of the fact he has been speaking with us.

I look forward to the many other rumours of people we are interviewing this week.

Seems to be the latest thing in football to fuck around on managers. Spurs made it look an art from when they binned Jose a few days before a Cup Final. 9 people offered the job over a 3 month period, 1 of which they had to pull because the fans went fookin mental.
Man Utd pissed around with an interim manager
Palace had 2 or 3 drop them in it before Patrick took the job
Everton seemed to piss around before employing Rafa
(Nuno involved in 3 of these 4 examples)

Chelsea stopped all that shit with Potter.

Won't include Bournemouth in all this as they are waiting for their takeover to go through and their caretaker is actually doing a decent job.

Please stop this reasoned BS.

Shame I'm too busy with meetings today to scour social media to see the next nuclear explosion when it's revealed we have interviewed <insert name of coach you don't like here> Let's say Carvalhal just for the lolz.

If the club are looking at restructuring the coaching set up, this can only be a good thing - it's long overdue, as is some sort of upheaval higher up. Things aren't working well - change is needed.

You lolz...but that is 100% happening and then

Introducing Carlos's backroom team

Head of Tactics "Bruno Lage"

What an ending to Season 146 of Wolves that would be
