Jackett just trusts too much in his initial selections to make him look like a genius. They often don't. He needs to learn to make these fucking tactical changes earlier in matches. Why wait until 60' to make a more attacking selection? You hoping to poach 2 goals with a pitch full of guys that can't string 3 passes together?
