I didn't say they were. I said turnover wasn't used here for conceding possession. Dispossessed is as that is what the word means.

Without being too technical, does turnover not mean to rotate, as a verb? The noun is obviously quite different. To dispossess means to take something from somebody, ergo, you don;t really rotate play, in football. I could be wrong, though.
