Note to the mod who replied. Pointless squabbling happens when people pile on one person for no good reason. Are posters just supposed to ignore that? Or just some posters? Because i see it all the time on here, and from the same posters every single time.
If you don't want debate no problem. Lock the forum for the few posters who all want to agree with each other, no matter what the subject. Happy days for you.
Thanks for the note 👍 Maybe when a lot of people 'pile on one person' then their opinion is either wrong, or completely different to the majority.

No need to lock the forum, plenty of people manage to have different opinions and debate them sensibly without throwing out "everyone gangs up on me"

Your opinion is yours, if you believe it then defend it properly. If not, ignore the replies. Happy days for you

It's very odd all that.

Excellent, João Mason up top again, which obviously won't work.

May as well play Adama up there and play long, at least he will keep their defenders deep. Podence as a false 9 is such a non-event.

I'd rather play Podence than Guedes, but then I'd rather have a poke in the eye than a kick in the balls.

Raul and Daniela have been unusually quiet on SM too

Given Traore's history against Man City I'd be tempted to give him a go through the middle again. Certainly now that we get more bodies forwards to try and support him.

how many of our goals in recent history have been scored or assisted by traore? feels like it's a high %

Lol, we don't.

But it's as good a shout as any to play him up top. He's here, we may as well use him.

Yeah it wouldn't surprise me if we played Adama and tried to leave him as high up the pitch as possible

Well yeah we do. The wide players get in the box more and Nunes gets up there in support regularly too.

They really, really don't.

Nunes gets in the box, true. So did Dendoncker.

If anything it was less against Saints. They were doing more random crosses.
