Live Match Discussion 2025/26

Tactical fouling is not tipping players over while in midair, its dangerous and the fact that he was allowed to get away with it for so long reflects very poorly on the standard of officiating here.
I guess I just don’t/didn’t notice it as much? But I agree with your point on principle.

Kane was one of the Spurs players lining up to pull Adama's arm out of it's socket. I've found it hard to like him since then.

From 0-2 down to 3-2 winners over City to seal the double over them in 2019; that’s the one for me.

4-3 over Leicester gets its own category because of the Jota of it all.

Can't have that. Doherty scored!
Weirdly have no memory of it despite being the winner lmfao
Oh, maybe I do; swivel in the box and left-footed hit?

Undermining myself but I think I must be conflating the 3-2 with the win in Manchester early that season. It’s whichever Adama got a brace in.

Clearly meant a lot as I remember it so well! 🤣

3-2 was v a 10 man City and a VAR determined to give City a penalty and let them score it

Adama brace was in a 2 nil win at City

Both incredible matches so I’m correct regardless 😎

The Raúl header in the Liverpool game might be one of my favourite Wolves goals ever.
Agree so much. I had a distant but perfect view from the North Bank that night. Was peak Raul. But then there were so many great moments back then.

Always had a soft spot for the scruffy one he scored away against Chelsea when he and Jota one-two’d it the length of the pitch.

When I get pissed off with all the Fosun / Lage / GON / Edwards apologists, I can’t unpick it from the observation that they are also so ungrateful for these moments and the manager who was responsible.

Lage truthers are just incredible. It's years on. He was obviously shit, he's been awful since.

A footballing terrorist. Some of the worst stuff I have ever seen and look at the players he had.

Sacking the magnificent Nuno and replacing him with that chancer was the start of the long and slippery slope leading to the mess we are in today. Utter self sabotage over and over again
