Isn’t it funny how if you play to Neto’s strengths, he turns up. Same with any footballer, if you ask them to play a system which is new to them, they’ll struggle, but play them where they’re comfortable and see them flourish. I don’t want to say it but *maybe* credit to Maresca for spotting that and switching things up?
Villa play very high up the pitch so there's always opportunities to counter with space in behind them. Nothing really to do with the system Chelsea are playing.

Understand the point made, though Villa aren’t the first team to play like this against Chelsea and Chelsea struggle. I thought Maresca set them up well (okay perhaps not solely for Neto’s benefit)
McGinn winning the prize as the most unlikeable out of all of them. Pulling the shorts of an opponent to get up off the ground being his low point of the half.

Watching Arsenal they’ve morphed into the 2010-2014 version of themselves.
Always enough points to come top 4 but never good enough to get near a title.
Quality defending by Gabriel for the goal marking no one at near post then just watches the ball go over his head.
