Early rounds had to forfeit because the first few rounds were played weekly and no chance to rearrange.
Final of the League Cup is April so no real issue there

Looks like Everton are wanting a much clearer explanation on why the game was called off.
Reading between the lines looks they’re not convinced City were unable to name 14 fit players.

Sounds a bit petty from Everton if they’re kicking up a stink, sounds like decision was made between the PL and City which in reality is all that’s required.
if they’re moaning hence the word if because they wanted to play weakened city team that’s pretty shameful.
