A mate of mine works for Birmingham and I asked him how good Bellingham is. Without hesitation he said best for his age he's ever seen. Looks like he was right.

Shouldn't have given them the decision to make. I don't think he needed to go for it, especially with his arm so far out.

Doesn't the law talk about if the ball comes off a playable body part and hits an arm/hand then it isn't a pen?

They were on about that in commentary. Can only think they thought it either hit his arm first, or because his arm was possibly in an unnatural position.

P.s. I'm not defending Can here, I just don't get why it's a pen with this seasons version of handball.

Any other season I'd be saying it's 100% a pen!
