He is a good referee. There is a reason he has been appointed to big championship games this season. Yes he should have sent off the Villa keeper, but in the past he has been criticised for showing too many red cards. This season he has been more balanced, and not made the game all about him.

Fair. I agree he was mostly pretty good in the Cardiff game against us. Correct call on the penalties too. Though I do think he likes the attention, he loves a good "no look yellow card"!

He has had a problem with seeming to want to be the centre of attention, but I think this season his attitude has been much better.

I agree with this to a point, his elaborate pointing at the penalty spot both times was nauseating, but they were both penalties. Has too much Rennie about him for me though.

He is a much better referee that Rennie, well in my opinion he is.
