I think I've become a bit of a football snob. Three years ago I'd have wanted the underdog to win, no question. But Burnley are playing some real awful hoofball durge here (albeit looking quite dangerous in the final third) whereas Chelsea's midfield are playing some cracking stuff.

Yep, definitely fair to judge them on half an hour of their first game against one of the best two teams in the league. Personally I think they'll do better than QPR

They can't play 4-4-2 against teams like this, naive management. He will learn though.

It's made worse by doing it to accommodate Jutkiewicz who is just awful.

Me too. They're stronger in every department - Keeper, defence, midfield and attack.

They should piss it assuming their defence stays as good as last season.

I can see them in the last 4 of the Champions League as a minimum too.

While it is true that Burnley will play lesser opponents during the season, it is also true that Chelsea will face tougher challenges ahead. Chelsea look good tonight, but better teams will be more capable of holding onto a lead than Burnley are.

He's an ok keeper. Kasper Schmeichel and Rob Green are no better than him.
