There's more than an inference that he was telling tales about Laudrup to the chairman, got the job based on nothing and without the proper qualifications, he doesn't come across as likeable at all. Or particularly competent.

Still registered as a player under Laudrup wasn't he before getting the nod as manager? Considering how there was supposedly a falling out between players and manager then he pops out on top at the end, looks a bit suspicious.
