In fact if Meslier didn't get there first, we'd be calling for a red for denying a goal scoring opportunity. It's a yellow, albeit an unlucky yellow - only resulting in a red because he was already booked

In a game of some fairly robust challenges, that is two poor yellows for Raul to receive, I was concerned when he got his first as after he got up he was doing that thing where he stands about 6 yards from the FK taker again.

You said he was asleep, he wasn't. He was doing exactly what you'd expect the player to be doing with the freekick anticipated to be crossed in. The quick freekick is then a surprise to everyone bar Podence, he just reacts differently to everyone else by hanging back instead of sprinting to the box.

He should have been holding a massive sign saying we are playing this short
