True. The point he makes is a fair one though. Labour have spent years either using it for factional reasons or else as a way of shutting down criticism of Israel. The genie is now out of the bottle to the extent that Starmer now has to criticise the only Jewish party leader of having a 'warped' view of anti-semitism in the UK.
