Email just arrived - "Your membership is now OPEN for Your Party"

Already joined the Greens you clowns.
 
The former Scottish Green councillors Seonad Hoy, Dan Hutchison, and Leòdhas Massie announced they will form a group on the city council having joined Your Party.

Describing Your Party as “the largest step toward unity that I’ve seen on the left in my lifetime”, Hutchison said: “I’ve spent the last ten years fighting to get the Greens to be the left-wing force they think they are. But their MSPs have their heads deep in the sand, voting to cut budgets year after year and enabling the largest sell off of public land to the private sector.”
 
Who could have predicted that a crank left party would descend into infighting and purity tests?
 
I see Corbyn's making an appearance in a pantomime in Islington.

But yes, in all seriousness they're done. Particularly with the emergence of Polanski too.
 
TBF nobody could have predicted that a new far left party would descend into ridiculous internecine factionalism.

Doesn't sound like someone who should be excited about their inaugural conference where they get to set out their bold new vision, just gotta get through it lads!
